Let’s co-create a housing project that reflects the Centre-Sud
This survey is part of a co-creation process to imagine the future of the Victoria Précision site (2901 Rue de Rouen). It complements the urban planning workshops organized on May 9 and 10 by CDC Centre-Sud.
Whether you attended the workshops or not, you are invited to complete the survey. Your responses will contribute to a collective reflection aimed at developing a socially and community-driven project rooted in local needs.
This project could become a turnkey proposal to submit to the City of Montréal if it decides to acquire the site. It's a unique opportunity to collectively design a vibrant living space with accessible housing and facilities for community use.
🧭 Why this survey?
On May 9 and 10, 2025, residents, organizations, and institutions collectively imagined the future of the site. This survey allows anyone interested to contribute to this vision, regardless of their participation in the workshops.
Share what matters to you, respond to proposed ideas, and help build a shared vision.
🛠️ How does it work?
This survey stands out for its open, collaborative, and evolving format. You will be able to:
- Answer the questions that inspire you, at your own pace.
- Submit as many ideas as you like.
- Read others' ideas and give your feedback.
- Return anytime to add new responses or comment on recently shared ideas.
The responses will be analyzed using an AI tool developed by the UNESCO Chair in Urban Landscape at Université de Montréal as part of a research project on AI and citizen participation. The goal is to produce a clear and faithful synthesis to inform the next steps of the project.
